Structure Based On Infinitive

 

Infinitive=To+V1

1. Sub+am/is/are+to+v1+obj

Explanation-This structure is used when we want to show an action which is going to happen in the future or near future.

इस structure का प्रयोग नजदीकी भविष्य में होने वाले action को बतलाने के लिए किया जाता है।

Hindi Key Words:- वाला है, वाली है। 

Ex. I am to go to Patna today. मैं आज पटना जाने वाला हूँ। 

She is to learn English. वह अंग्रेजी सीखेने को है। 

2. Sub+was/were+to+v1+obj 

Explanation-This structure is used when we want to show an action which was going to happen in the past but couldn't be done.

इस structure का प्रयोग वैसे काम को बतलाने के लिए किया जाता है जो होने वाला था लेकिन नही हो पाया।

Hindi Key Words:- वाला था, वाली थी।

Ex. I was to go to Patna today. मैं आज पटना जाने वाला था। 

She was to learn English. वह अंग्रेजी सीखेने को था।

3. Sub+has/have+to+v1+obj 

Explanation-This structure is used when we want to show compulsion of a person for doing an action in the present time.

इस structure का प्रयोग किसी काम को करने के लिए किसी व्यक्ति की विवसता या मजबूरी को बताता है।

Hindi Key Words:- ना है, नी है या पड़ता है, पड़ती है।

Ex. I have to run 20 km/h daily. मुझे 20 किलोमीटर प्रति घंटे की रफ़्तार से दौड़ना पड़ता है। 
They have to play football. वे लोग को फुटबॉल खेलना है। 

4. Sub+had+to+v1+obj 

Explanation-This structure is used when we want to show compulsion of a person for doing an action in the past time.

इस structure का प्रयोग किसी काम को करने के लिए किसी व्यक्ति की विवसता या मजबूरी को बताता है।

Hindi Key Words:- ना था, नी था या पड़ता था, पड़ती था।

Ex. She had to go to school when she was ten. जब वह दस साल की थी उसे स्कुल जाना पड़ता था। 
We had to compromise yesterday. हमलोगो को कल समझौता करना पड़ा था। 

5. Sub+shall/will+have+to+v1+obj 

Explanation-This structure is used when we want to show compulsion of a person for doing an action in the future time.

इस structure का प्रयोग किसी काम को करने के लिए किसी व्यक्ति की विवसता या मजबूरी को बताता है।

 Hindi Key Words:- पड़ेगा, पड़ेगी, होगा, होगी।

Ex. India will have to play well against Australia in the next match in order toqualify for semi-final in 2016 world cup. भारत को वर्ल्ड कप २०१६ के सेमी फाइनल में जगह बनाने के लिए ऑस्ट्रेलिया के खिलाफ अच्छा खेलना होग।
She will have to pay in order to continue her higher studies. उसे आगे की पढ़ाई को जारी रखने के लिए शुल्क देना पड़ेगा।
