Sentences beginning with wh. questions can be changed into passive voice according to below rules.
Rule 1. When active voice begins with "Who" change it into "To whom" and apply all the general rules of passive voice.
| Active Voice- Who+V1/V5/V2+Obj? or Who+H.V+Obj+M.V? |
| Passive Voice- By whom+H.V.+Obj+V3+other words? |
P.V. By whom are you taught?
A.V. Who will help you?
P.V. By whom will you be helped?
Rule 2. When active voice begin with "Whom" change it into "Who" in the passive voice and apply all the general rules of passive voice.

| Passive Voice- Who+H.V.+V3+By+Agent? |
Ex. A.V. Whom do you teach?
P.V. Who is taught by you?
A.V. Whom will she love?
P.V. Who will be loved by her?
Rule 3. When active voice begin with "Which+Noun" or "Whose+Noun" while changing into passive voice leave it as it is and apply all the general rules of passive voice.
| Which/Whose+Noun+H.V.+Sub+M.V? |
| Which/Whose+Noun+H.V.+M.V3+By+Agent? |
Ex. A.V. Which book do you read?
P.V. Which book is read by you?
A.V. Whose car are you using these days?
P.V. Whose car is being used by you these days?
Rule 4. When active voice voice begins with "What" while changing it into passive voice leave it as it is and apply all the general rules of passive voice.
Active voice- What+H.V.+Sub+M.V.?

Passive voice- What+H.V.+M.V3+By+obj?
|
Ex. A.V. What do you read?
P.V. What is read by you?
A.V. What is she doing nowadays?
P.V. What is being done by her nowadays?
Rule 5. When active voice begin with the wh. questions other than above mentioned used the below structure to change them into passive voice.

| Passive Voice- Wh. Question+H.V.+Obj+M.V3+By+Agent? |
Ex. A.V. When do you play cricket?
P.V. When is cricket played by you?
A.V. How will they teach Mathematics?
P.V. How will Mathematics be taught by you?
